What services does Dreamjob Staffing offer?

At Dreamjob Staffing, we offer a complete range of personal hiring services, including light industrial, administrative, professional, and payroll services.

Do I have to pay a fee to apply with Dreamjob Staffing?

No. Unlike other staffing firms, you don't have to pay a fee to submit an application with us, and you don't have to pay us a fee if we find you a job.

Does Dreamjob Staffing only offer temporary positions?

No. While some of our positions are of a temporary nature, we also offer permanent contracts and direct placements.

How often do I get paid?

You will be paid every Wednesday for hours worked from Monday to Sunday of the previous week.

How do I get paid?

You will receive payment through direct bank deposit, a payment card, or a physical check. Your choice. No cash.

What is required to apply with Dreamjob Staffing?

We require all of our associates to:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Complete an online or in-person application.
  • Show the proper documentation as indicated on the I-9 form.
  • Pass E-Verify as applicable.


What is the process for hiring temporary staff through Dreamjob Staffing?

Clients can reach out to us to discuss their staffing needs. We will then provide them with qualified candidates for the job, and the client can choose whom to hire. Dreamjob will handle all administrative and payroll functions for the temporary staff.

How does Dreamjob Staffing ensure the quality of its staffing services?

Dreamjob implements systems, methods, and controls that ensure the same high quality of service at all times. This includes a thorough evaluation of candidates, as well as ongoing training and support for temporary employees.

Does Dreamjob Staffing evaluate, interview, and test its associates during the recruitment process?

Yes. After clearly understanding your needs, we search our database to find those candidates who meet your criteria. Then the following steps are taken:

  • Thorough interviews
  • Analysis of candidate's work experience.
  • Reference checks
  • Background checks
  • Drug testing (if required)
  • Computer skills test (if required)
  • License and certification checks (if required)
  • Behavioral and integrity testing (if required)
Will our company have to sign a contract to use your services?

We require a "service agreement" from all of our clients. This is simply a formality so that both parties know what is expected of the other.

What are the fees for your services?

Our services are very competitive and offer a cost-effective hiring solution for you. Any fees will be described and detailed in our service agreement.

What is the response time for my request?

This depends on the position being filled. Typically, for most general or light industrial positions, the response time is one day. Higher skilled positions may take a bit longer.

Does Dreamjob Staffing provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. If requested, we will provide you with a list of all insurance coverage we have.

Can you do the personnel selection and have me do the hiring?

Of course, you can use our job board to post all of your vacancies and request that we handle the selection process while you carry out the hiring.

Can I use the job board and do the selection and hiring myself?

Yes, you have a variety of options, and you can choose the one that suits you best.
